I Had This Crazy Idea…

I’ll buy a house, strip it to the studs, replace ALL the mechanicals, furnish it, and open it for rentals and retreats.
Like I said, a crazy idea. But it’s coming to life, as I stalk the drywall taper from room to room with my can of primer. I’m a painting fool!
